On premise Orchestrator runtimes not updating

Hello,

I’m posting this here maybe it’s a known bug, let me know if I should open a support ticked for this.

After updating Orchestrator from 19.4 to 20.4 the license runtimes page displays inaccurate information.

The number is red are the correct values that should be displayed.
If I filter by machine name in the robots page i can see the correct number.
Also it seems that Orchestrator knows the correct usage, i can’t edit runtimes below the current real used number, even if it shows 0.

License Reset is required ,
go through the support ticked , hope thats the only way

and if you able to contact your region uipath staff you can solve this easy
