OMNIPAGE OCS - Problems discovering text

Hi there,

We are having problems with Omnipage OCR where it struggles to find certain document file names.

The OCR scans a webpage for just a column section within that webpage and tries to find a document number xxxxx-00-va310-x001.
Some times it finds this number without problems, other times its just looping because it can’t find anything.

The document number is a hyperlink and is colored blue if that matters.

For our testing we have been using chrome (if that matters?).

Do you guys have any tips/tricks on how to resolve this?
