Hoping someone can shed some light on issues we have started to get on all of our RPAs which use Google sheets, tearing my hair out over here
We are seeing constant “Quota exceeded” errors in google read and write activities but don’t understand why as the quota usage against the project is showing zero. The example process in the attached screenprint only does a single read range at the start of the workflow, no other processes are using the API at the same time, the sheet is a mere 2KB and contains 3 columns with 79 rows so can’t be a size issue.
I have added a retry to the google read range but this has added 10 minutes to the run time in some instances where it fails multiple times and is having a real impact on our capacity.
It seems that you have trouble getting an answer to your question in the first 24 hours.
