Not able to use the app even after having full access to orchestrator

Hello Team,
I have created a Application in orchestrator to that i have given access to some of my teammate (Entity access ,Folder access , Tenant access). But one out of then is unable to run the application . can you please suggest on what other points i need to check to catch the bug and how i need to fix it.

Please find below the configurations,

  1. UiPath Assistant
  • Make sure user is logged in and connected properly.
  1. Role Permissions
  • Ensure user role has Process → Start, View, Jobs → Start, Folders → Execute, etc.
  1. Folder Access
  • Confirm the user is added to the correct Modern Folder with proper role.
  1. Machine/User Mapping
  • User’s machine and username must be mapped correctly in Orchestrator.
  1. License Assignment
  • Check if an Attended/Developer license is assigned to the user.
  1. UiPath App Access (if using App)
  • Share the App with the user and check data entity permissions if any.
  1. Process Availability
  • Verify that the process is published and visible to the user.
  1. Check Logs/Job Status
  • Run the process and check Orchestrator → Jobs for any error messages.
