How to correct the error shown in the image
Hi @Purushothaman_S couple questions for you:
- Are you using an on-premise orchestrator?
- Is the configuration of orchestrator still valid at the time of running the app?
- Does the runtime user have appropriate permissions on the process being run?
If you’ve moved your app between Automation Cloud accounts, the process doesn’t exist in the new account and Apps is not able to run it. Removing this process(es) and re-adding a process within a tenant in the new account will fix this.
Note: you will have to re-bind process arguments to your controls after you do this.
This can also happen when an event (like page load, or button click) is set to start a process, but no process has been specified.
