Not able to use cvscope activity “cannot create an instance of CVScopefactory”

I am trying to drag activity to my workflow nut, not able to use it I tried to search the solution on forum and found this link :

But, it s not helpful can, someone guide on same if faced similar issue, I am using on-premises Computer vision

CV Scope Factory Error

Hi, I am unable to create an instance of CV Scope Factory when creating a new Project. The error message says - Cannot create an instance of “CVScopeFactory”. “The type initializer for ‘UiPath.CV.Activities.Design.Services.DefaultSettingsService’ threw an exception.” Thanks.

@ashokkarale Not working for me, if I remove uiautomation package the CV activities are not visible

its on premises orchestrator with no internet connection
