I have used proper cv scope and CV click activity also I have provided CV API,Still Its saying the given error. Please help if anyone have come across such scenario.

Are you using any invoke workflow activity with in cv scope and adding a cv scope in that workflow?

No ,I am not using any other scopes around this activity before. I am using this directly inside Process workflow of RE-Framework.

Nope, As mentioned in the screenshot I have used CV click and mentioned in the subject as well.
