Couldnot able to select Specific Selector in the SAP Screen.
Ex:- I choosed Type into Activity to enter the Username and password Details but the Selector is selecting the Entire SAP Screen instead of specific selectors.
Appreciate your help in this

Have you enabled the Scripting on both the Server and Client Sides ?
Take a look at the below Post :
Please enable the script on both client and server side and then check once.
Use Sap Login activity to login.
Attached steps are old one and no longer work with newer version of studio.

Scripting was enabled on both sides but still the issue exists
Enabling Script was already done but no use
This setting is already there by default.

Let’s try something simple
If you see in this image you can see a small box at the side of the screen where F4 means UI Framework Default
Try pressing F4 while indicating element of field and change the UI Framework and see whether you are able to access the field u want

If its still not working, please refer to the below document. WHich explains the setup and configuration required for SAP automation using UiPath and you can find a sample project.
This we tried but not working. The only Difference i saw is Default Profile under sapgui/user_scripting is TRUE in our Application. Will that cause an issue.

Hmm
Sometimes this happens with UiAutomation package as well
Try upgrading Ui automation and give a try
Go to Design tab → manage packages-> all packages-> and upgrade UIAutomation
Try after restarting the machine
