I have only one account setup in Outlook desktop app and a shared mailbox is added to the primary email account. Now if look in account settings of Outlook I see only one account but on the mails page, to the left I also see the shared mailbox account and also separate Inbox folder in it.
I cannot mentioned the shared mailbox email ID in “get outlook mail messages” as it is not recognizing as a separate account. Please suggest.
In the outlook settings, On the primary email account, Select the Email account->Click change at the top and add the shared mailbox email ID.
Eg: If I see name as “Sharedbox1” and inside that there is an Inbox folder which I want UiPath to access. This Inbox is different from the primary email’s inbox.
