How to access outlook shared mailbox Inbox mail

How to access outlook shared mailbox Inbox mail I have one mail ID like abc@outlook.com and when I configure this account in outlook the shared mail box automatic come in list xyz@outlook.com and I need to access this mailbox
Please help me how to do that

I just need to raise this issue with uipath team I can able to access shared folder in 19 th version but same step I followed and its not working

in majority of cases when we got issues with shared boxes access we had following mismatches to over come:

  • wrong foldername (inspect it within Outlook, right click folder - properties)
  • different account name (format without @, AD like)

also respect that the settings are case sensitive

So we would suggest to investigate more within this direction
