Not able to give SetTransactionStatus reason for successful transactions

Hi Team,

I need to set the TransactionStatus Reason for Successful cases in Orchestrator queue but the message is not getting updated in the queue after updating the transaction item as successful. Could anyone let me know how to set the reason for successful transactions?

Thank you for your reply. I gone through the topic and not found any straight forward answer but guess bot does not display the reason value for success transactions in the orchestrator. Given my notes in the output field.
