Not able to add the same queue items again and again. Error Code: 1016

Hello Guys

I am trying to add same queue items again on the queue. But not able to add them.

It is working with other queue properly and workflow is the same.

Please check the screenshot below ::

Error Creating Transaction. Duplicate reference error. Error Code: 1016

Always facing the same issue.

Are we trying to create a same queue item name in that queue

Yes so the reference will also be the same!

While creating queue if unique Reference is set as Yes then it wont allow you to add duplicate value.

My Orchestrator is processing only the first transaction item in the Queue

Well, @Santa_Krish I guess you have ‘Unique reference’ option toggled on in your orchestrator and if you are trying to send in a duplicate (already existing) values for Queue as your queue item then you might encounter this error. Check and get back to me

Ohk, I thought that my previous Queue was set to unique reference. Sorry. I think its solved.
