Error while adding transaction items

Hi,

I am getting a below error while adding items in Queue
Error creating Transaction. Duplicate Reference. Error code: 1016

I have made 1 field as unique but this error is coming up even if there is no duplicates present in Queue

Does anyone have any solution for this?

Welcome to UiPath Community.
Please see if the reference value is unique while you are adding each transaction item.

Ex:-

Item 1–> Reference1
Item2–> Reference2

Can you check the entire queue with which you are trying to add?

It should be unique through out entire Queue Item
