No Selector on SAGE

Hi,

I’m on a project on SAGE, however when I try to use any activity, I can’t to click, type or anything else specifically on the page.
I try to use web and citrix recorder but the problem remains.
Do you how can I resolve this issue please ?

Did you happen to find the solution to this issue? I am having the same problem with SAGe 200c, and the selectors don’t work either way (not with find image, find element… nothing).

What I can tell you is that it helped me to always use an attach window activity in almost everything I did inside SAGE, and that did help me at least fix the selector to a single IDX (the problem is not that selectors don’t exist, but that apparently they are created dynamically with no discernible logic behind it)

I’m sorry for the delay of my response.

In my case it wase SAGE generation expert and it was available from citrix. So I had to install an add-in UiPath called remote runtime on the machine and on the server. After that, it worked fine. But in some cases it was not stable in background with simulate or sendwindowmessages so I used computer vision activities. Now this process work perfectly for my customer since a year.
