No option to Indicate in Excel in Studio

I am unable to indicate a range in Excel using the Indicate in Excel method. I am using Studio, not StudioX.

In the Read Range activity for example, when I click the button in the Range field, there is no option to Indicate in Excel.

The Excel add-in is installed and enabled, and I have uninstalled and re-installed it.

I have just noticed this issue after upgrading to Studio 2022.10.1. I was able to use Indicate in Excel in previous versions.

Is the activity present inside the excel process scope activity?

In my environment(Studio 22.10.1CE), it works well. So can you share your project, It’s no problem if dummy. We might be able to isolate cause.

I have tried creating a new dummy project, and Indicate in Excel is working in the new project.

I tried going back to my old project, and Indicate in Excel still doesn’t work in the old project.

I tried copying the activities out of my old project and pasting them into a new project, and Indicate in Excel works.

This workaround was good enough for my use. Thanks for the suggestions.
