since yesterday we do not get any notifications from failed jobs/queue-items in our mailboxes. We did not change anything to the settings in orchestrator.
How can we fix this?

I am the admin and have access to all folders. I got notifactions untill yesterday-morning and then it stopped.

Changed the settings back to default. Now it works again.
