Why an unexpected error is encountered while launching the Task Mining URL?
One of the most common reasons for this error is the presence of a firewall rule/proxy that prevents the Task Mining app from reaching our server. In order to resolve this, check on the following items with the IT team:
- Make sure that the URL used at the sign-in is cloud.uipath.com (no org or tenant should be present in the sign-in address, these will be populated based on the sign in details provided by the user)
- Configure the proxy/proxy settings in the Task Mining app --> Configuring Proxy for your Task Mining App
- Set up the required Firewall Exceptions so the Task Mining desktop components connect to our web servers --> Task Mining Firewall Exceptions .
