"No Connection With Server, Please Contact Admin" Error While Launching Task Mining Owing To Network Issues

Why an unexpected error is encountered while launching the Task Mining URL?

One of the most common reasons for this error is the presence of a firewall rule/proxy that prevents the Task Mining app from reaching our server. In order to resolve this, check on the following items with the IT team:

  1. Make sure that the URL used at the sign-in is cloud.uipath.com (no org or tenant should be present in the sign-in address, these will be populated based on the sign in details provided by the user)
  2. Configure the proxy/proxy settings in the Task Mining app --> Configuring Proxy for your Task Mining App
  3. Set up the required Firewall Exceptions so the Task Mining desktop components connect to our web servers --> Task Mining Firewall Exceptions .
