Task mining error popup "No connection with server, please contact Admin " .

Root Cause: This error can mostly occur if there is a wrong system time configuration.

Resolution:

Try the below steps:

  1. Go to Date & Settings
  2. Click 'Sync now'

If the issue still exists, try below

  1. Configure the proxy and try connect to cloud.uipath.com
  2. Try to send the invite again and reinstall the Task Mining
  3. Change the disableCertValidation to true for layers.config.json
    • Default path : C:\Program Files\UiPath\Task Mining\externals
