I cleared new associate exam on 28th October 2023. Today its 8th Business Day and almost 11 calendar days are gone but I have not received my certificate on certmetrics. No email from credentials.uipath.com. When I login it shows “Your credentails are in progress”. How many more days I should wait? Already dropped 3-4 followup emails to support team, no response.
Certification processes can sometimes be delayed for various reasons.
On credentails.uipath.com it shows -
“Your credential is in progress. You still have outstanding course work to be completed before your credential will be available to you.”
Do I need to do anything from my side? which course are they mentioning that is pending? I have completed academy trainings long back. But that should have no relation to actual certification.

It’s not uncommon for there to be a delay in receiving the official certification email or accessing your score report after passing a UiPath certification exam. The process can take a few days to a couple of weeks. If you’ve passed the exam, you should eventually receive the email and access to your score report.
