Move outlook mail message - The specified folder does not exist 2

Hi all expert,

I got the same problem as below post… the same message comes up…

I checked all visible parameters but it is correct and my problem is user depending, one use okay and other is not anytime…
Does anybody know something about this? I assume this might be Outlook setting matter because UiPath setting is Okay.

Hi ,
As mentioned in the post , the specific folder to which you want to move the files is the subfolder in Inbox? Did u check that ?

Yes, I checked target folder exist… It’s very weird…
User was able to run the robot last month but this month is not…

Sorry, it’s not for security reason.
If possible, I will create test program and share with you in other post. but not right now.
