I have the same problem which occurs in random intervals. Emails disappear, emails mysteriously duplicate, or are sent twice using the send outlook mailmessage even though the activity is definitely used only once. The mailbox I use has more than enough capacity left so this is not the problem for me. I also already change the subject and reload outlook multiple times without any changes.
I did have one curious Outlook message which did not occur again after a machine restart. Still I wonder if it gives a hint to the underlying problem.
I have encountered the same error message just today and having a similar problem (emails are not moving from folder A to folder B). Closing Skype for Business and Outlook did solve this problem for me intermittently.

Does someone found a solution for this problem? I my case the robot was working fine but the problem is back again and now if there is just one email to move this one disappears and can’t be found in both of the subfolders in a shared mailbox.
Is there someone of UIpath available to respond because this is a activity issue and in my case the customer does not want emails to disappear.
I can add a solution to move the emails through the UI with CTRL+ X and CTRL+ V but this is not as stable.
Did you use a small delay between two activities, suggest you use a kill process of outlook after several email, if it also happens ,suggest you to cancel the outlook caching, hope that will help

This is still an ongoing issue with the Move Mail message activity. It is hit or miss when this occurs. I can go through dozens of emails without an issue, and then one email fails to move causing an exception stating “The specified folder does not exist”.
I also have a mysterious case of vanishing emails after performing a move. I updated activities and it started working again, but inly briefly as they are now disappearing again.
EDIT: I have disabled a mark as read activity, which whilst it was working was absent, but the emails processed are still disappearing.
Are you using a shared mailbox? Because in that case it will be moved on the subfolders of the main mailbox, not to the shared one, that’s why they “dissapear”. I had this problem. You have to configure differently the Move Outlook mail message for shared mailboxes. I still have problems tho. Even with the new configuration, it sometimes is moved, sometimes not.

Move Mail message activity works often well. But in 5-10% of the cases I get an error. I use for the incoming mails a shared email inbox where I move the emails to a subfolder.
This problem is a show stopper. I am looking for your solution(s). Thanks!
2023 - still having this issue with no possible solution on the web. The admins really need to respond.
Did anyone that had this issue before manage to figure out a way?
I saw few threads mention to use exchange mail activity which we tried but we ran into another issue there with “id malformed” due to using two different outlook activity due to business reasons.
