Modern Folders - Triggers and Service account

Hi,

I am seeing few issues after moving to modern folder. Can anyone please help to resolve the below issues.

I have one modern folder → two service account ->one machine template(it contains 5 machines/VDI)

In machine template, specified 1 in unattended runtime.

In triggers, selected any user and dynamic allocation.

Orchestrator version - 20.10.12

  1. Triggers are not working all the time. - When we have 5 triggers to run at same time, only 2 or 3 jobs are running in the orchestrator. Validated all the machines to be in available status.
  2. Jobs are not going to pending state when we have more than 5 triggers scheduled at same time or if all the machines have job running.
  3. Jobs are always running with the first service account. I have never seen any jobs running with the second service account. Why is this behavior?

Hello @nikitha2319 ,

Can you please visit this section of the documentation to see if your set up of runtimes aligns with what’s documented?

I hope this helps.

Since I have 5 machines, total 5 jobs has to run. One in each machine. But here triggers are not working properly. Please check my first point in the issue description.
Also if the machines have running jobs, the next trigger has to go to pending state which is also not happening.

Apdiya Nikki!
