Microsoft OCR_initialize Error

Is any one using Microsoft OCR in Windows server 2012 R2?

Am unable to use it in my server. Its showing an error as “Microsoft OCR: Error performing OCR: Unable to initialize Microsoft engine MicrosoftErrorCreateEngine”.

Go to .nuget folder in your userprofile folder…and delete the ocr related folders inside them…and reopen the project file…

C:\Users\Username\.nuget\packages

If this solves the issue

I have deleted and created the entire package folder, still the issue is occurring.
