Could you please tell me a way how can I send mail and receive in Citrix using Outlook?

Hi Amit,

If you have no ability to access the machine directly then you will need to automate all activities using Surface Automation. Take a look at the Video Tutorials section for more information. There are videos specifically for working with Citrix.
