Is your automation identifying the document per the right classification you have set?
Second, can you try with another document just to rule out the quality of the document?

When you debug the code, are you seeing the flow submitting the request to the ML Extractor?
Iām thinking if it is classifying your document correctly, what would be causing the issue?
