Log message 액티비티가 오케스트레이터에서 로그가 남지 않는 경우

안녕하세요
studio에서 log message 액티비티로 로그를 남기고 스튜디오에서 실행한 후 오케스트레이터 로그 페이지에서 확인하면 로그가 정상적으로 남는데
오케스트레이터에서 스케줄링으로 해당 프로세스를 실행하면 log message로 입력한 로그가 기록되지 않고 실행시작과 종료 로그만 남습니다.
원인이 무엇일까요?

Hi,

Can you try to change settings of LoggingLevel at Tenant - ManageAccess -AssignRole - Robot setting in Orchestrator, if you need detailed log? (Default is Information)

Can you share which logging level is set in the above settings of Orchestrator and Which logging level is set in your workflow?

and workflow logging level is trace.

Hi,

Can you try to change Trace at Logging level? “Information” will omit trace level log.

i changed information to trace, but it is same.
i cant see log message in orchestrator log tab

i did, but it is same.
when i start process using studio, log message appears in log tab
but when i start process using orchestrator trigger or process start, log message not appears in log tab.
