Licensing in On prem Ochestrator

Hi,

Recently I installed On prem Orchestrator in client’s machine. After installation it says “Unlicensed” and I can not activate it. We got 1 Flex Automation Developer named user and 1 attended bot named user and as far as i know the orchestrator service comes with these licenses.
So my question is ,

  1. How will I activate on prem orchestrator license and if it’s a separate license?

I already contacted them but they said the licenses don’t include orchestrator license.
