License status: Device ID already activated

Dear all,

I am getting the below error when I try to open community edition of UiPath studio.

Activation failed with error: 0
Error description: Cannot use Community Edition on this machine after activating a trial or Enterprise license code. Please enter a valid license key.
License status: Device ID already activated

I had activated the enterprise edition UiPath in a different server.
But it seems the device id on these 2 different servers are same,
How is the device Id same on two different servers?

Delete existing license folder( before delete backup the license folder)
start -> run -> type "%Programdata%, it will open new windows then UiPath-> UiPath-> License folder. Restart your machine and open community edition again.

You need to raise a request to UiPath support team and they’ll help you out in licensing issue.
