License error

Hey all,

after having my UiPath totally crashed, I decided to reinstall it.
After a clean deletion and installation, I keep getting this error:

Activation failed with error: 0
Error description: No Error
License status: Device ID already activated, trial not allowed after code activation

Device ID: wioy0qqxElV1Nhbjb3W5
Computer: DESKTOP-QI39IU3
User Name: VM

Do you have any idea what I should do, cause all of the previous methods did not work (I found every single case that was similar to mine)

Did you previously activate it with license key? If so you cannot go back to Community Edition.

Hi…

I am getting the same issue, but i havent installed earlier with the license key. but i installed and used the trial version. Trying to install the community edition after my trial period, i receive the same error. Plz Help.

What should I write to them?
