License allocation

Hello everyone,

I have 3 production licenses and 2 machine templates.

1st machine template: 1 machine connected
2nd machine template: 3 machine connected

I can’t understand why the 3 licenses are now all assigned to 2nd machine template. And I have 0 production licenses connected to 1st machine template.

How can I bring the license to machine template 1, considering that until last week with the same settings I had a way to launch the robots from there?

if I go into view sessions of machine template 1 I see 1 hostname and runtimes = 1. In use 0 status connected, if I try to launch a robot though it gives me that all licenses are on the 3 machines in the 2nd machine template

I see that your post hasn’t received a response in 6 hours since its creation.
Also, judging from your post, it seems you have an Enterprise license setup, not Community.

I recommend the easiest and fastest way to resolve all your queries (and the orchestrator issues) is to raise a Technical Support ticket.
