Question when creating a machine on my Tenant

Hello.

Why don’t I see any licenses when creating a machine?

The image is in Spanish but the text says:
Runtime Details
Runtime Licenses: Each machine connected to this template will consume the number of licenses specified below. Licenses are released as soon as the machine is disconnected.
This setting defines the maximum number of jobs that the machine can run at the same time.
Runtimes can be assigned to this machine after activating its license.
Runtime type:
For machine templates, the runtime license matches the runtime type available to select when starting a job/creating a trigger.

According to my acquired licenses there should be 3

Thanks for the help

@festeban

looks like a glitch or cache issue

try to open in icognito and check or else clear all history and cache and check if you can see

also good idea to check on different browsers

Also in admin panel did you click on edit allocation and allocated licenses to the tenant?

cheers

Check in these aspects

  1. Make sure that you have purchased and activated your UiPath licenses.

  2. The licenses you have acquired are not assigned to the machine template.

  3. You have reached the maximum number of concurrent machines allowed by your license. If you are using a concurrent machine license, make sure that you are not trying to create more machines than your license allows.

Hello.

I have tried incognito window and several browsers, and I still have the same problem.

I do not have licenses assigned as you can see.
When creating a machine template I get the same error.
But we did have problems activating the licenses because they were assigned to another computer, I don’t know if the problem could come from there…

Thank you

Solved. I needed to assign a license to the tenant (I thought it was done on its own)
