Hi:
Please help, after the server maintain the learning plan can never be completed, it always showing resume. Even completed the courses, no diploma issue. Due to resume status.

Hi @Rainbow_Yen

Please close all the tabs and restart your system and then try checking the progress and this type of issue arises when you use the course in 2 tabs or else 2 browsers simultaneously.

If still the issue persists please try to complete the course in different browser. And try removing the browser cache too. It will help you

I deleted the cookies, and restart the browser. Same issue. Resume at the same point, not the continue point. Can’t complete the course. I think it happened since last week after serve maintain.

Some users had the same issue and it got resolved by closing the browsers, clearing the cache and completing the course from one browser. Check out the thread.
