Keyboard Shortcuts doesn’t work when keyboard input language is set to non-English languages

I’m using Studio 2021.4 with System and UiAutomation package version 21.4.4 but still got the same problem as in this topic from 2018. That topic has no response so I post a new one here.

I tried to use various hotkey (such as alt+p, ctrl+v) and it works fine when keyboard input language is English but it seems the program just press the keys without Alt or Ctrl key down when keyboard input language is set to non-English languages.

This will be an attended process and I cannot control the users to put their keyboard back to English before they start the process. Is there a plan to fix this or anyway to make this work for now?

Are there specific languages in which those shortcuts don’t work?
We’ve never had a problem and use several non-English languages.

Maybe it’s a problem with your specific language?

Can you please share an example with what language are you using and what and where are you trying to type?

This issue has been solved in 21.10. Please give it a try and let me know how it went.
