Job triggered in orchestrator stuck in pending

Hi,

I have a process which I trigger in Orchestrator, but job remains in PENDING state only. I don’t get any error as well. Could you please check and tell me where I’m making mistake and what configuration is wrong?

One more point is, When I trigger the Job in Orchestrator, I could see the job in UI Path assistant on a machine, but does not trigger automatically, it runs if we trigger it manually.

State option in jobs is pending

Hi @mtalhabalci Go to Start → type cmd → there type as whoami this will give you the domain/username [image] the reason is if you have mentioned only the username or domain name in this field domain\username while creating robot, though you have the robot been connected to orchestrator the job will remain in pending while you try to run the job…thats why Cheers @mtalhabalci

I see you did not assign any license or role type for unattended user. And I hope you connected the unattended user and alao in orchestrator you have to provide the credentials to the bot and username should be domain\username
