Job recording in Orchestrator rarely works

Greeting Community ,

I have noticed lately that the job recording option when setting up a process in Orchestrator barely records the job. I always set it up to record every job meaning it should keep the recording for 14 days if failed and 7 days if not.

When i click on a failed job the “open recording” is unavailable saying “not available for this automation”

The weird thing is that Once in a while some jobs do have recording but it is like 5% of the time…

Is there any restrictions in terms of memory? or the time that the job was running?

any input to help me understant when and why some jobs are recording and some not would be helpful!

The jobs is running in the same machine when recorder works and doesn’t work ?

Also, what is the version the UiPath.System.Activities package and robot version ?

Could you share the project dependencies ?
