I have the Process set to record:
But when I go to job info it says “Has Recording: false”:

This option is available for:
- Automation Cloud Robots - Serverless
- Robot versions 2023.10+
- Processes using System Activities versions 2023.10+
We are on-premise Studio/Robot/Orchestrator 2023.4 and I’m using System Activities 23.4.4 - does this mean we can’t use recording? But why do the options appear for the Process?
Anyone have any info on how job recordings work?
I’d be interested to know the save location of the video and why the tech docs don’t match up with the actual product, e.g.:
-Says max video save time is 3 mins, yet as an enterprise user, our videos are as long as the process lasts (>15mins)
-Says videos are only retained for X amount of days, however they appear to be retained permanently.
Also the fact that you never received a response is disgraceful.
New jobs have no recordings.
My previous recordings are missing as well. Please help.
