Could you please go to that Faulted exclamation mark and check it once whether it’s showing any message or not related to error ?
If yes then help me with screenshot of it.

It’s showing this bro.
I guess you selected Robot licence type as Studio at the time of creating this robot.
If yes then change it to Unattended or Attended type based on your need and then try once.
Yes bro, so do i need to change this ? can I change now ?
while changing it is showing me this error message ?
Change with type unattended robot type and try once
If you have connected already any robot of type unattended to any machine disconnect that and then connect this robot
Okay let me try bro.
I have selected Studio, but now it’s not allowing me to change to Unattended after disconnect from the machine. Should I remove the robot the add again.
Go to the home page and kindly check how many unattended license we have
I hope we have used them all
Cheers @balkishan
Yes, but I don’t have Unattedned robo connected bro. I was connected with Studio, But that I deleted and now trying to create a new unattended robo but showing me the error that I have used all licence. Now I don’t have any connected robo.
No no no
We are missing something buddy
Studio bot is not a problem as it has got all the features of unattended as well
One min pls
@balkishan
@balkishan
Please check if the Robot roles are set up correctly (especially the ones related to Licenses).
Kindly refer to the links below and check the roles for the bot Accounts and groups
I got it buddy
Let’s go step by step
—once after logging to cloud page go to service tab and along with the tenant we got some other fields like status, license and action
In that under action field click on that edit service option
—where we can add the unattended robot count from 0 to 1
—and click on update, it will take some time to update the services or logout and login again it will get updated once after changing the count
—once after that we could be able to create a robot with type unattended in ROBOTS tab of orchestrator
Kindly try this and let know for any queries or clarification
Cheers @balkishan
