Java Extension uninstall fail

i got i java extension error like below

When i checked extension is installed and when i try to uninstall and reinstall again iam getting an error like below

Can i get a solution for this

Check if you have admin access to install/uninstall the extension. If not, check with admin for reinstalling the extensions.
