Java extensions issue from Studio throws the Error #4: Installation failed message

Hi,

Can anyone help me to resolve the issue; My UiPath studio version updated from 2019.2.0 to 2019.5.0.

I am trying to upload the Java extensions from Studio throws the “Error #4: Installation failed” message is coming.

Current UiPath Studio community version : 2019.5.0
Java version : java version “1.8.0_211” - 32bit version

Could you try to do the same with Admin Privileges?

yes. I have tried with full admin privileges only and also got help from IT operation team and still no luck.
