Java extensions issue from Studio throws the Error #4: Installation failed message

Hi,

Can anyone help me to resolve the issue; My UiPath studio version updated from 2019.2.0 to 2019.5.0.

I am trying to upload the Java extensions from Studio throws the “Error #4: Installation failed” message is coming.

Current UiPath Studio community version : 2019.5.0
Java version : java version “1.8.0_211” - 32bit version

Thanks for your reply. I have already tried that 2nd option by using command prompt installation and no luck for me. Is there any other solution for that issue.

Could you try to do the same with Admin Privileges?

yes. I have tried with full admin privileges only and also got help from IT operation team and still no luck.
