I am able to connect to Attachmate but the window comes up and then it immediately closes. One time when I was messing with it I got the UiPath record window to come up so I could build steps but now I don’t get it anymore.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks
Hi @Chris_Livesay , this is a tough one other than to say it’s crashing. If you’re on Windows, you might be able to get more information to work with in the Windows Event Viewer logs. Can you try to attach to the window and let it crash, then look for recent event viewer logs to see if there’s more information?
I messed with it and it appears you only get the record window the first time you set up the connection. After than you do everything an activity at a time. That’s ok, just was confusing me. Thanks for responding.
