Uipath.terminal.activities has stopped working

i am facing this issue in a try to connect to mainframe with terminal activity.

i am trying to launch it using Attachmate Extra. After i run it connection is made to the mainframe but the session dies and gives the message " uipath.terminal.activities has stopped working" just like any other windows application crashes.

Same issue is seen after i try ‘Uitpath internal’ . It connects and dies.

Any one here with a way out of this?
