Issue replaying videos on UiPath Academy

Hello,

I am having trouble replaying videos on Academy page (for recap purposes).
Attached archive with app behavior when pressing replay button.
Any help would be appreciated.

Seems to be there is an issue with the UIPath academy. Even I faced the same issue.

Hi @ovi and @loginerror , can you please assist. Seek bar is not working on UIpath academy videos. Unable to replay the video once the video reaches the end.

Hi, we were not able to replicate the issue. Please raise a ticket here if you still cannot navigate through the video and mention your username, the course and the video you cannot replay.

I raised a ticket.
Anyway, it seems the problem is with the Chrome browser.
I tried replay the same video on IE and it’s working - at least I have an workaround.

I found another workaround, as it also doesn’t work for me on Firefox nor Chrome.
(what doesn’t work seems to be navigating through the video via clicks on the progress bar).

On Firefox, you can use this workaround:

  1. Load the page with the video
  2. Left click the video once
  3. Press Left arrow on your keyboard until you reach the beginning of the video.
  4. You can now watch it.

Hi, I am not able to replay the videos on IE browser as well nor in Firefox.
IE version 11, Firefox 60.
which IE version did you use?
