Invoice Reader Data Extraction

I have been working on an invoice reader for a few weeks now and trying to get the information on the invoices to be pulled so they can be put into excel sheets and later used to be input into another system. Right now I have the process fully setup and it is working, but I’m running into two issues.

The first issue is each time I run the process, two items (item quantity and unit price) aren’t being pulled at all into the table that is shown in the validation station. I’ve ran this process multiple times with different invoices and continue to have this error. I tried working with a ML activity (as shown in the .xaml) but haven’t been able to get it to work properly so these two items from the invoice still aren’t being pulled. I’m wondering if there is a way to have the process recognize who the invoice is from (the vendor) and look at a specific spot on the invoice to determine these items since the positioning varies based on the vendor?

The second issue I am experiencing is knowing when to get rid of the validation station. I want to use the confidence intervals that are given from the process to either continue with that invoice or push that invoice to a specific folder to be done manually so the process can continue without any human input on the next invoice. I believe there is a way to do this, but I need help as to the specifics to make this work.
