Hi, write data in excel only last extract invoice data but i want all invoice data to write on excel below attach my screenshot.
then present validation station happen every invoice but i need one validation for all invoice.

You can go with one validation station at time, you can ask user to login validation station, also allocate the same to one user so they can login it and do all validation once at a time.
