We are able to access Insights through it’s url but not directly from the Orchestrator, is there any settings needs to be done for accessing Insights ?
Please make sure the Orchestrator host license has Insights. Please see the note before the install instructions : https://docs.uipath.com/installation-and-upgrade/docs/insights-installation#insights-installation
License was not distributed at host level, license was allocated to default tenant was this the issue? A
nd also data is not being loaded to Insights Dashboard (even though data exists in Insights DB).
Insights is licensed at the host level. You will need to apply the license there and not at the tenant level.
