Hi,
I can’t add new processes in orchestrator, the button from the right became inactive (tab processes). Any solution to this issue? (another option, an update or an workaround?)

You don’t have the necessary permissions to create processes.

That’s a role. The permission may have been removed from the role.

Please check the below doc and confirm the user and tenant is having all the required roles and access assigned.
You can manage all your roles on the the Tenant > Manage Access page.This includes viewing the permissions they include and changing them, adding new roles, removing roles, as well as assigning or removing users or groups from roles.
