In-progress work items not changing its state to "Abandoned" state after 24 hours

Currently I’m using UiPath Orchestrator 2019.4.4 version. recently noticed that records which hanged at in-progress state are not changing their state form “In Progress” to “Abandoned” state after 24 hours. Need to solve this as some queues having 10+ records as "in Progress’ where it should have only 1 record and it’s making harder to identify correct record running by BOT.

Double-check the logic in your workflow to ensure that the records are being processed correctly and that the “Set Transaction Status” activity is properly configured. Make sure that the status is set to “Abandoned” after a certain condition or error occurs, and that this activity is executed when necessary.
