In progress queue status

If some queue items are stayed in in progress state due to some maintenance in UiPath Orchestrator.
Then how could we process them again?

We cannot process the respective Queue Items again. It will go to abandoned state after 24 hrs.

Once it’s abandoned, you have the option to set it for a retry via Orchestrator UI:

This way it will appear with New status again on the queue.
