On Orchestrator 2019.10, a csv can be imported to mark non-working days. When a csv is imported while the Orchestrator time zone is set to anything ahead of UTC, like UTC+1, +2, etc., dates which are one day prior to the specified dates in the csv are marked.

Workaround:
- Change the Orchestrator time zone to UTC
- Import csv
- Revert the time zone back.
