Export of Queue Data - confusing time formats


everytime when we are downloading our Queue Items for reporting purposes, we have a real strange formatting of the date formats for starting and ending of the work-off. Until 12th of a month the date is in format mm.dd.yyyy, from 13th on the format is then mm\dd\yyyy.

Is this a bug, that is solved in a later version? We are using Orchestrator version 2019.10.19.

Could you double check how the date is formatted for you when you open the file in a Notepad? Could you maybe post here a sample?

If you opened it via Excel, then it tends to “interpret it”. One suggestion here could be to try and add the CSV file to Excel via the Data -> From Text/CSV option:
